75 Magic Tricks: 63 Minutes (CBC11)[out of print]
Edited together from a series of sessions in 2003 the second release from the second line up of 75 Magic Tricks is perhaps a more fractured experience from Momentum, but at the same time containing some of their most tightly focused moments yet, like the Robert Wyatt'esque "Beautiful old man with sad voice", the slowly flowing "Telephone Song" or the delicious closer "Mocus" where an acoustic guitar caried by a lulling beat is gradually overwhelmed by dense noises. So, more of the same, and yet, evolved, sort of. 23 tracks / 63 minutes.
